Let’s get your project visible again.

Most setup problems can be diagnosed inside the editor without exposing private project data. RepoLume support is handled directly by email while the source repository remains private.

Run the health check

  1. Open the Command Palette.
  2. Run RepoLume: Run Doctor (Health Check).
  3. If needed, run RepoLume: Show Logs.
  4. Remove project paths, credentials, private source, and personal information before sharing an excerpt.

If the sidebar does not appear

  • Confirm that a folder—not only one file—is open.
  • Run RepoLume: Show Index Status.
  • Check that the Activity Bar is visible under View → Appearance.
  • Confirm that Python 3 is available.

Report a reproducible problem

Use the prepared email below. It opens your email app with the useful diagnostic fields already included—no public issue, GitHub access, or source-code upload required.

Never attach

Do not attach .context-engine/, provider keys, private indexes, proprietary source code, editor credential storage, or generated logs containing sensitive information. A short redacted excerpt and the Doctor summary are normally enough.
